Pilates
A balance of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen your inner core, allowing you to tone and align your body. Focus is on posture and working from the core.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercises and postures, and meditation intended to integrate the practitioner's body, mind, and spirit.
Zumba
Zumba uses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
BOSU Body Pump: Use of weights, body bar with a BOSU ball to
challenge your muscles.
Body Define on the Ball: Exercise ball and weights to challenge the
entire body.
Dynamic Flow: This Yoga class is a vigorous practice that links
breathing and movment to create a continuous flow of intermediate level to more
challenging postures. Recommended for experienced students.
Gentle Flow: This is a gentler version of the dynamic flow class with
more basic postures. This class is good for beginner students, students who haven’t
exercised in a while, and students recovering from surgery or an injury.
Modifications are used judiciously and props may be used.
Long and Lean: A class using a variety of tools. To create the long
and lean muscles you’re looking for in this fun body sculpting class.
Aerobic Circuit: Various cardio intervals using step, ploy metrics
and aerobics combined with strength conditioning segments.
Step Interval: Easy to follow step routines combined with upper and
lower body strength segments.
Boot Camp: Intense total body workout that utilizes weights, bars and
steps targeting all muscle groups.
