Yoga is a full body workout that focuses on building stamina and flexibility. Classes move through a series of poses, each targeting a different muscle group of the body. You’ll leave all of our classes feeling relaxed and restored. Classes can be modified to suit all levels
Power yoga offer a twist on the more traditional yoga classes that we offer. Power yoga move at a slightly faster pace, proving a more strenuous workout that is great for strength training. The faster pace leads to a workout that will be sure to give you the energy you need to make the most of your day
